Mobile roll-forming trailer producing seamless metal panels on-site
Mobile Roll-Forming

On-Site Manufacturing

We bring the factory to your jobsite. Our mobile roll-formers produce seamless metal roofing, siding, and eavestrough in custom lengths — cut to fit, made fresh, and installed straight off the machine.

The Process

What is on-site roll-forming?

Roll-forming is a continuous metal-shaping process. A flat coil of pre-painted steel or aluminum is fed through a series of precision rollers that gradually bend the sheet into a finished profile — a roof panel, a piece of siding, or a length of seamless eavestrough.

Instead of running this process in a distant factory and shipping fixed-length pieces to your site, we tow the roll-former directly to your property. Coil goes in one end of the trailer; finished panels come out the other, cut to the exact length your wall, roof slope, or fascia requires.

The result is a tighter, cleaner, longer-lasting building envelope — without the seams, lap joints, and shipping damage that come with pre-cut materials.

Why it matters

The benefits of rolling on-site

Truly custom lengths

Panels are rolled to the exact dimension of your roof or wall — up to 50+ feet in a single piece. No more cutting standard sheets to fit.

Seamless = leak-resistant

Continuous panels mean fewer horizontal lap joints, the most common failure point on a metal roof. Cleaner watershed, longer life.

Zero shipping damage

Pre-formed panels get bent, scratched, and dented in transport. Coil ships flat and protected — your finished panels never see a highway.

Faster turnaround

No waiting weeks for a factory order. We arrive, set up, and start producing the same day. Crews install straight off the machine.

Adjust on the fly

Measurements off by a few inches? Last-minute change? We re-roll a panel in minutes instead of reordering and waiting.

Less waste

Cutting to exact length means fewer offcuts, less scrap metal, and a cleaner jobsite at the end of the build.

Clean, sharp profiles

Fresh-rolled panels haven't been stacked, banded, or shifted. The profile and finish arrive crisp the first time.

Local supply chain

We carry coil in-stock across multiple colours and gauges. You're not dependent on shipping schedules from out of province.

Anywhere in Saskatchewan

Farms, acreages, commercial builds, residential — if a truck can reach the site, we can roll panels there.

Inside our trailer — roll-former producing a fresh seamless eavestrough length, measured on the spot

Inside the trailer

Measured, rolled, ready to install

A coil of pre-finished steel feeds into the roll-former at one end of the trailer. As the machine runs, the sheet is shaped through precision rollers and exits as a finished, continuous profile — measured to the exact length we need and cut on the spot.

No factory delay. No shipping damage. No guesswork. The piece that comes off the machine is the piece that goes on your home.

What we manufacture on-site

Standing-seam & ribbed roofing

Continuous panels in a range of profiles and gauges, rolled to the exact length of your roof slope.

Metal siding & soffit

Vertical or horizontal siding panels in matching colours — cut to wall height, no horizontal seams.

5" seamless eavestrough

Continuous gutter rolled to the exact run length — the only joints are at corners and downspouts.
