On-Site Manufacturing

Custom lengths, rolled right at your build.

Our mobile rollformers travel to your job site and produce continuous metal panels and eavestrough cut to the exact length of your roof, wall, or run — no factory lead times, no shipping damage, no shortcuts.

  • Truly seamless panels. One continuous piece from peak to eave — no end-laps, no overlap leaks, no weak points for wind or water to find.
  • Cut to your exact dimensions. Every panel is formed to the precise length your build calls for — no wasted off-cuts, no patched-together runs.
  • Cleaner, stronger watershed. Fewer seams means fewer fasteners and joints — better long-term weather performance on prairie roofs and walls.
  • No shipping damage. Panels never get bent, kinked, or scratched in transit — they go straight from our machine to your roof.
  • Faster turnaround. Rolled on demand, on location — no waiting weeks for a factory order to arrive.
  • Adjust on the fly. Last-minute changes to a run? We re-roll it on the spot.

Solar Ready Roofs

Standing seam only where the solar goes.

Like the look of shingles? You don't have to re-roof the whole house. We run standing seam on just the solar slope — usually the south or west face — and leave the rest in shingles, with colour-matched flashing at the transition. Solar racking clamps to the seam, so nothing punctures the panel, underlayment, or deck. On every other roofing system the mounts are lag-bolted straight through, and a leak is only a matter of time.
